Vianova Systems Finland Oy was established in 1989 and has a long history providing quality services to its customers in the infrastructure sector. The company will focus its business to be aligned with its customers’ needs and to continue to set the pace in the industry.

The two new companies will be Vianova Systems Finland Oy and Viasys VDC Oy:

Viasys VDC Oy will continue its business as a company specializing in construction life cycle and information technology management. Its business areas include Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Asset Management software and services.

Vianova Systems Finland Oy will continue as a company specialized in infrastructure design software solutions. Its business areas include products and services involving the Novapoint software suite.

The division is done to better serve our current and future customers. We will make the transition as smooth as possible for the customers. Any on-going projects and services will continue without interruption in these two new companies.

In both new companies, the employees will be the major shareholders.
